I was asked to design a logo for Lay On Hands Bodywork LLC. The client requested a logo that avoided normal design trends for massage therapy logos and could be used on both digital and print-based platforms. The client also requested that the design be based on the Dungeons & Dragons spell, “Lay on Hands.”

We went with a shield design as “Lay on Hands” is typically a paladin spell, and incorporated some common dice used by tabletop players. To the left, you can see the final logo design; to the right, are drafts of different concepts and design directions.
